1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl599 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from server downtime, payment processing delays, or game software errors. jl599's aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by jl599's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under Philippine law.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting applicable bonus balances) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to verification requirements.
